State nonprofit status and federal tax status
Minnesota incorporation establishes the state entity. It does not by itself establish federal tax exemption. The organization's records do not identify it as currently holding 501(c)(3) status. We do not represent gifts as tax-deductible, and this site is not soliciting donations.
Public purpose
Our current public direction is nonreligious education, creative expression, and community belonging. The mission wording describes the work we intend to do; it is not a claim that a new legal classification or filing amendment has been approved.
Work, funding, and accountability
The public work begins with online learning and creative resources. Matt Stoltz leads the project. Published resources are available without a fee. Financial statements, a current board roster, and detailed program reports are not published on this page; incorporation alone should not be read as evidence of program scale or independent accreditation.
